Before you start

  1. You need to be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.

  2. You will need the following on hand to complete this application:
    • your most recent Year 12 results
    • your UAC preferences
    • your most recent school report OR relevant qualification documentation in PDF format (please note: trial marks are not a requirement - your most recent Year 12 results is acceptable)
    • You will also need to answer application questions, which will total several hundred words and which will take some time to complete. You may wish to prepare your answers off-line before completing this form, as you can not save a version of your application. You can view these questions by clicking the "Application questions" tab above.
