Applicants will only be considered for scholarships where they meet the specific eligibility criteria for that scholarship.
How to apply
To apply for all these scholarships please complete this online application form. Please read the information below carefully before commencing your application.
- UAC Equity Scholarship: As these are equity-based scholarships, applicants must first submit a Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) Equity Scholarship application and therein demonstrate financial disadvantage. You will be issued a UAC Equity Scholarship application number once you submit your application. Have this number ready when completing this scholarship application form.
- Supporting statements: Please prepare answers for each question below before starting your application (maximum 300 words for each question). Please use plain text with no formatting (e.g. bullet points, bold).
- Please describe one personal and one professional achievement that has given you the greatest sense of satisfaction. Which strengths and skills did you use to achieve this?
- What circumstances are impacting your ability to support yourself financially and how would this scholarship assist you to complete your degree?
- What motivated you to pursue a Law degree at UTS and how would you describe your motivation to succeed in your studies?
- Complete the various sections of this online form (personal details, eligibility, upload documents, declaration) using the blue 'Next' and 'Back' buttons to move through the various sections. Click the blue 'Finish' button at the end to submit your application.
Please note:
- Applicants must satisfy all eligibility criteria.
- Being eligible does not guarantee a scholarship.
- Applicants are ranked against the selection criteria and scholarships are awarded to applicants who best meet those criteria as part of a competitive process.
- Scholarships are limited and there are more applicants than scholarships.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Being offered a scholarship at UTS does not guarantee an offer to a course at UTS.
