The intention of this scholarship is to support a commencing Indigenous Australian student who is enrolled in a postgraduate degree (coursework or research). The Scholarship is to acknowledge and celebrate their excellence in achievements in higher education.
Eligibility
- Confirmation of Aboriginality: Applicants must upload either a Confirmation of Aboriginality or a UTS Statutory Declaration (and two written references) as part of this application. If you do not have this documentation, still apply, but it must be provided before any scholarship can be awarded.

- Be enrolled full-time or part-time in the first year of a UTS postgraduate degree; and
- Have completed study in an undergraduate course or Advanced Diploma for which transcripts of all prior non-UTS study are required; and
- Must apply using the UTS online Scholarships application form.

Applications close at 11:59pm, 15 June 2026. All applications must be submitted online by this date. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
