UTS Sport and Exercise Science Telepractice clinic

Completing this form submits your expression of interest to participate as a client in the UTS Telepractice Clinic.


The UTS Telepractice Clinic is a FREE service that runs for 10 weeks - we just ask that you are available for the entire program at the same time and day each week.


The UTS Telepractice Clinic will involve you the client being involved in exercise assessment and delivery as a learning experience for 3rd year Sport and Exercise Science students.

What does the telepractice clinic involve?




  • Online health and fitness service.

  • Clients must commit to their scheduled appointment which is the same time and day each week for 10 weeks. The program commences the week beginning Tuesday February 27th, 2024 and ends Friday May 17th, 2024.

  • Delivered via Zoom only.

  • Students provide clients with individualised programs to help achieve health and fitness goals based on client individual assessment.

  • Exercise is delivered each week and clients are expected to actively participate to ensure progress and safety.

Tuesdays
Afternoon appointments (2:00pm-5:00pm)

Wednesdays and Thursdays
Morning appointments (8:30am-11:30am)
Afternoon appointments (2:00pm-5:00pm)

Fridays
Morning appointments (8:30am-11:30am)


Who?




  • Available to clients aged 18 and over who wish to participate for the purpose of undertaking an exercise intervention to
    improve their health and fitness, well-being or performance.

  • Clients are NOT able to participate if they are seeking an exercise intervention for the treatment
    and/or management of a clinical condition or injury.
