What is a Statement of Enrolment?

A Statement of Enrolment is an official letter issued for the currently enrolled semester only which will state:

  • Your name and student number
  • The course in which you are enrolled
  • Your current attendance pattern
If you are an International Student, please contact the International Office to obtain a Student Verification letter.

If you are a Domestic research student, please contact the Graduate Research School to obtain an enrolment advice.

Cost

The cost of a statement of enrolment is $30. You must have access to a credit card to use this online application.

Processing time

It can take up to 7 working days for us to process your application. Please do not submit duplicate requests.

IMPORTANT: Your address as registered on the Student Administration System of the University will be used to correspond with you about this application. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are up-to-date. To change your address, use My Student Admin.

Please log in with your UTS user ID and password.

If you have not used UTS email before, you will need to activate your Account.

Acknowledgement of Country
